Moorside Fold was established as a small fold in 2004, with only 3 cows bought from a neighbour to keep the grass down.
This hobby quickly turned to obsession and then with careful selection of top bloodlines it soon became a show-winning fold, with Highland fling champion in 2008, Great Yorkshire Show reserve champion 2008 and numerous wins in 2009 including junior champion at Great Yorkshire Show.
The fold happily graze across the moorside at Mountain, Queensbury and due to the natural and stress free environment of the location the animals thrive. They live outside all year round and are fed on a diet with the ideal balance of nutrients and vitamins that keep them fit and healthy.
