Highland Beef
Moorside fold of highland cattleis a pedigree, show winning fold. Highland is slow maturing and therefore marbled and tender. It is low in cholesterol and contains healthy omega 3 oils offering a healthier alternative to commercially reared beef.
All our animals are kept in an enviroment as close to their natural habitat as possible, and this along with a bit of "pampering" ensures a happy, healthy, content and therefore stress free existence, which is evident in the quality of the meat.
